The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shops and restaurants. the subway is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast is delicious and sets you up for the day. the rooftop terrace and garden offer a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink.
Some of the staff members have limited English proficiency, which can sometimes be a challenge for communication.

The rooms were spacious and had luxurious amenities. the turn down service was a pleasant surprise every night. the location was close to recommended restaurants and easily accessible by taxi.
The hotel lacked the extra touch that would make it stand out. the staff failed to offer assistance with transportation upon departure, despite being in an inconvenient location.

Amazing hospitality, fantastic decor and great location. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and were extremely helpful with recommendations. The hotel interior was stylish and modern, with great attention to detail. The location was excellent as it was close to all the main attractions and surrounded by some of the best dining options in the city. The complimentary bike rental made exploring the city a breeze and was a wonderful added bonus.
The street noise at times which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but they were still very comfortable and nicely furnished.

the spacious and elegantly decorated rooms with comfortable beds provided us with a perfect rest. the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options was served in a beautiful restaurant with attentive service. the private facilities, including a pool and spa, were exclusive and allowed us to relax even more.
Although the service was generally good, we had a minor issue with the check-in process which took longer than expected. the friendly staff made up for this small inconvenience.
